Fly Tipping Clear –up
Fly Tipping is the illegal deposit of any waste onto land ie:- waste
dumped or tipped on a site with no licence to accept it.
Fly tipping is an offence under the environmental protection act 1990,
the refuse disposal (Amenity) Act 1978 and various highways.
We work closely with a number of highways, and councils and offer
a service the safe removal of any illegal waste. Fly tipping can lead
to fines of up to 20.000 and/ or 6 months imprisonment.
Road Kill
An increase of road accidents unfortunately has an impact on animals
as well as humans. At JK Environmental we offer the service to clear,
clean, disinfect and remove all remains and bodily fluids as, per
current legislation, to approved sites for incineration.
